Pam Fountain-Wilks

For four years, Pam served as President of the Foundation, the 501c3 organization that supports university efforts and student chapters. She simultaneously acts as a VP on the Consortium Board to ensure continuity of communication between the two groups. 

Pam Fountain-Wilks founded Principal Technologies, a professional recruiting firm, in November 1998 and oversaw its growth up to 85 employees over 17 years. She sold the company in early 2016 and Pam now focuses on HR, Strategy and Leadership consulting. 
In 2008, Principal Technologies was recognized as a Compass Award recipient in the small business category by the Oklahoma Business Ethics Consortium.

September 26, 2007 
Pam was invited to serve on the Board as Advisor for a one- year term. August 19, 2008 Appointed to the Foundation Board as Advisor for a one-year term.

August 3, 2009
Pam was invited to serve a one-year term as President of the Foundation Board.

July 27, 2010
Invited to serve another one year term as President of the Foundation Board.

June 3, 2011
As part of a reorganization, Pam discontinued her dual role as Vice President of Education for the Consortium Board to fully concentrate on Foundation Board activities.
