Kellie Mathis was appointed to the SEED Foundation Board because of her extensive experience, interest and involvement in fostering the ethic development of our youth. She has served as a judge at both the high school and college levels of the Statewide Student Ethics Challenge.  Her extensive experience leading large sales organizations provides real life examples of ethic choices in everyday life.

Kellie is Vice-President, Mainframe Ecosystem for Direct Systems Support, a Premier IBM Business Partner focused on enterprise solutions and services.  In this position, she is responsible for the Mainframe business unit serving clients across the US in industries such as Retail, Travel and Transportation, Insurance and Finance.   Kellie is known for her sales leadership, passion for developing talent in others, and strategic Mainframe expertise.

Kellie recently retired from the IBM Corporation after 32 years of employment where she served as Director of Servers in the Distribution Market.  She has two children and lives in Tulsa, Oklahoma where she is active in her community as well as volunteering with The SEED Foundation, serving as the Co-Chair for the Tulsa chapter of Women for Economic and Leadership Development (WELD) and is a member of the Women’s Executive Board.

Kellie bachelor's degree in Business Management from LeTourneau University, Long View, Texas.
